If you want to make a phone dial a number when the handset is lifted you need to programme an “Associated Directory Number”
We use this in an unmanned reception. Caller does not need to dial anything, just lift handset.

How do i stop and start the web server?
First putty to the MCD using the IP address and port 2002 type RAW
Login with same logon as MCD website
- To stop the webserver: ts WebServer
- To start the webserver: tr WebServer
- To checkstatus: i WebServer
- If WebServer is functioning properly, the status should show PEND+T

UCA outlook intergration you need “basic authentication” enabled on the exchange server
Exchange 2010 sp2 was not supported on ver5.0 of UCA (fixed in 5.1)
Mitel 5550 Bulliten Board
The manual says “any 5550 console with a network connection can see the same bulletin board”
what it does’nt say is you need to point the console to the same txt file
This is set under tools/options/tools.
Make a network share on one of the computers running the 5550 software, create a TXT file called something like “Bulliten.txt” and point both consoles at it
