Problem:

Micollab client pictures show as Red X in admin web page.

When you upload a photo for your Micollab clients, on the admin web page /server-manager, you get a response like below

This seems to be a new feature with the latest Micollab. Possibly a browser issue rather than a Mitel issue.

Solution:

Web browse to Micollab server as normal http://mas.mydomin.com/server-manager and you will get this page

You don’t have the certificate installed.

Click “continue to web site”

Click on the “certificate” (Circled in red)

Install certificate into “Trusted certificate store” NOT “Automatic………”

You will get a security pop up warning you what you are about to do. Click yes to import Certificate.

You will get a “certificate import successful”

Now close the browser and reopen.

This time when you browse to the server you will get…..

Notice no cetificate error.

Now when you go to Micollab client / configure / accounts you will be able to see the pictures
