Micollab:Admin user access for adds moves and changes.

So the customer would like to be able to update names etc on the Micollab but you don’t want to give them admin access.

You can give them access to the user and services section only

Create an account in system users:

When you add the account it doesn’t ask for a password. After creation you use the reset password (as above in pic) to set a password. * Choose NO for VPN access!

Give the end user the URL of the Micollab server http://FQDN or IP/USP instead of /server-manager

This will give them the usual Login screen as below:

Enter the credencials you have just created in system users and voila:
