How to create a support package for CCM MiContact Centre

Mitel support will ask you for a “support Package” when you log a call for the CCM / MiContact Centre.

I could not find a document on how to do this and don’t remember it being covered on training.

Must be done from the CCM server.

Open and log in to the CCM Client (CCC)

Click Tools / Management / Support








Save this file and upload to Mitel support. These files can get quite big so you will probably need to upload to a FTP server or similar .

If you don’t get this prompt to download, maybe because of internet explorer security settings, you can grab the file form

[drive]:\Program Files\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM\Websites\CCMWeb\downloads\


[drive]:\Program Files (x86)\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM\Websites\CCMWeb\downloads\

If the you get an error the files will be collected in a sub folder \SupportPackageTemp, before zipping.
