Problem
Micontact centre reports alarms in the RSS feed even after you have sorted the issue it is alarming about.
Solution
Log in to YSE and click on alarms
Then choose “Tools” from the ribbon, “Clear selected alarms”
If you would like the alarm to stop showing in the RSS feed altogether choose disable from the main window
