If you would like to sync your MCD and MiCollab server with Active Directory you will need to set up….
Add a connection to the AD from the MiCollab server. DO NOT setup active directory sync on the 3300 and the MiCollab together. Its one or the other.
If you would like to use your domain account and password for MiCollab Client (formally UCA) and Audio Web Video (AWV or AWC) then you need to set this up.
The stumbling block i found, twice because my memory is shocking sometimes, was a typo in the manual
